Abstract

Este ensayo contiene los principales factores que influyen en el clima organizacional de las entidades del estado y las acciones a emprender, alineadas con las recomendaciones y planes de acción sobre cultura, liderazgo y mejoras de las relaciones laborales. Toda entidad pública exitosa es aquella que consigue balancear el logro de sus objetivos institucionales con el bienestar de sus funcionarios, promoviendo su crecimiento, una convivencia armónica, un clima organizacional propicio para el desarrollo de los mismos como seres integrales, haciendo posible la apropiación de nuevas metodologías y ajustes organizacionales de tal manera que se mantenga un mejoramiento continuo y enfoque permanente hacia el crecimiento de la entidad y su gente, obteniendo el resultado de las metas propuestas. This essay contains the main factors that influence the organizational climate of the state entities and the actions to be undertaken, aligned with the recommendations and action plans on culture, leadership and improvements in labor relations. Every successful public entity is one that balances the achievement of its institutional objectives with the well-being of its employees, promoting their growth, harmonious coexistence, an organizational climate conducive to their development as integral beings, making possible the appropriation of new Methodologies and organizational adjustments in such a way as to maintain a continuous improvement and permanent focus towards the growth of the entity and its people, obtaining the result of the proposed goals.
