Abstract

En este artículo se realiza inicialmente una revisión teórica identificado siete principales factores asociados al éxito en la implementación de la herramienta del Cuadro de Mando Integral (CMI), siendo estos: el apoyo y apalancamiento arduo de los líderes, la comunicación y direccionamiento a la organización alrededor de la estrategia, los programas de incentivos económicos y compensación a los colaboradores, el justificar las razones decisivas para implementar el CMI, el planear el proyecto CMI, el apoyo en tecnologías de información y el ciclo de mejora en el sistema de CMI. Así mismo se hace una propuesta por cada factor descrito para que sea implementado el CMI dentro de la Orden Hospitalaria San Juan de Dios. Por último, se presentan conclusiones de la revisión teórica y de escenarios posibles y deseables que se llevarían a cabo con las propuestas planteadas. In this article, a theoretical review is carried out. Seven main factors are the objectives associated with the implementation of the Integral Balanced Scorecard (BSC) tool, which are: the support and arduous leverage of leaders, communication and addressing: The organization around the strategy, the economic incentive programs and compensation to the collaborators, justify the decisive reasons for implementing the BSC, the BSC project planning, the support in information technologies and the improvement cycle in the system. CMI. Likewise, a proposal is made for each factor described by the sea implemented by the within the Orden Hospitalaria San Juan de Dios. Finally, we present conclusions of the theoretical revision and of possible and desirable scenarios that are carried out with the proposed ones BSC.
