Abstract

El siguiente escrito muestra una de las formas como los gerentes o mandos directivos de una empresa pueden llegar a alcanzar el éxito en una organización de carácter privado, creadas con el fin de un interés económico y que satisfaga las necesidades creadas por la sociedad en un mercado específico. Los líderes de cada proceso, pueden aplicar tres habilidades concretas que facilitan la consecución del éxito en las organizaciones. La primera de ellas es la planeación, proceso en el cual se crean las pautas y planes que deberá seguir cada uno de los miembros de la empresa, es la fase en que se plasma el derrotero a seguir e igualmente se trazan las metas y objetivos que deben ser cumplidos al final de un periodo determinado, una vez termine este proceso se evaluarán los resultados obtenidos. La comunicación es otra habilidad utilizada por los gerentes la cuál es fundamental para transmitir las ideas y solucionar los posibles conflictos que se presenten al interior de la empresa. Por último, los mandos directivos podrán utilizar la negociación como medio para lograr alianzas importantes en beneficio de la organización que lideran, esta habilidad es de vital importancia para el crecimiento de la empresa y lograr fortalecerse en el mercado en el que se desenvuelven según su actividad comercial. El éxito obtenido mediante las habilidades mencionadas, se basa en el cumplimiento de los objetivos propuestos y las metas impuestas al inicio de un periodo trazado. The next text shows a way about company’s leaders or directives can get success in a private organization, created with an economic interest and to satisfy society needs in a specific market. The leaders of each process can apply three specific abilities that make easier to get success in an organization. First, planning, process in which are created point and planes that will be followed for everybody at the company, it is the phase when it establishes the way to follow, the goals and objectives that will be get at the end of a determined period. When this process is ended the obtained results will be evaluated. Secondly, communication is another ability used by leaders and it’s too important to transmit ideas and solve possible conflicts than can happen in the company. Finally, leaders use negotiation like a way to get important alliances that beneficiate the organization, and it is a vital ability to make grow the company and get to be stronger in the market. The success obtained through named abilities is based in the results of initial goals and objectives that were followed since the beginning of a specific period.
