Abstract

El mundo cibernético y su rápida implementación trajo como resultado una serie de vacíos estratégicos y jurídicos que los Estados tardaron en asumir, pero aún hoy se presenta un panorama oscuro en cuanto la implementación y aplicación de los mismos, es necesario un cambio de paradigma y el desarrollo de relaciones internacionales a través de tratados multilaterales para lograr una implementación apropiada a las estrategias y marcos normativos entorno a la prevención, protección y persecución de quienes participan en actos de Ciberguerra o Ciberdelincuencia. The cyber world and its rapid implementation resulted in a series of strategic and legal gaps that the states delayed in assuming. But today, there is an obscure reality of the implementation and its application. A paradigm shift is necessary and the Development of international relations through multilateral treaties to achieve an appropriate implementation of strategies and regulatory frameworks. All of these surrounding the prevention, protection, and prosecution of those involved in cyberwar or cyber crime. Pregrado
