Abstract

El cambio de mentalidad que está asumiendo la Cúpula Militar principalmente en el Ejército Nacional, es vital para proyectar la reestructuración general de la Institución; siendo indispensable implementar el pensamiento del liderazgo, insertar los conceptos y metodologías diseñadas usualmente en el campo de la Gerencia de organizaciones empresariales al escenario Militar, en procura de optimizar el rendimiento de todo el personal. La Oficina de Talento Humano, ha de adelantar los procesos de evaluación y selección, basado en el diagnóstico físico, mental, cognoscitivo, psicológico y comportamental del personal, ponderando las habilidades/cualidades, apoyando el crecimiento y desarrollo de competencias profesionales, lo que permitirá a su vez, determinar el perfil e idoneidad ocupacional individual y grupal del personal. Los resultados de esta gestión, tienen un alcance de connotación personal (bienestar, seguridad, confianza, sentido de pertenencia, crecimiento personal y profesional, etc.) y otra de naturaleza organizacional (sinergia organizacional, toma de decisiones acertadas con resultados positivos, etc.), observables en la consecución exitosa de los objetivos misionales, estratégicos y operacionales que adelanten las Fuerzas Militares en defensa de la territorialidad y soberanía Colombiana.

The Human Talent Office must advance the evaluation and selection processes, based on the physical, mental, cognitive, psychological and behavioral diagnosis of the staff, weighting the skills / qualities, supporting the growth and development of professional competencies, which will allow In turn, determine the profile and individual and group occupational suitability of the personnel. The results of this management have a personal connotation (well-being, security, trust, sense of belonging, personal and professional growth, etc.) and organizational aspects (organizational synergy, successful decision making, etc.). ), Observable in the successful accomplishment of the missionary, strategic and operational objectives that advance the Military Forces in defense of the Colombian territoriality and sovereignty.
