Abstract

El Estado Colombiano mediante la ley 1765 de 2015 buscaba otorgarle al sistema penal acusatorio de la Justicia Penal Militar (ley 1407 de 2010) una herramienta fundamental en la política criminal, el cual consisten en el principio de oportunidad, para igualar los mecanismos con los que cuenta el estado para la persecución penal tal y como se cuenta en la ley 906 de 2004. The Colombian state through law 1765 of 2015 seeks to adjudicate to the accusatory criminal justice system of the Military Criminal Law (Law 1407 of 2010) a fundamental tool in the state's criminal policy what is achieved in the principle of opportunity, to equalize the mechanisms with Those that the state counts for the criminal prosecution and as counted in the law 906 of 2004.
