Teletrabajo, realidad en Colombia

Abstract

This paper makes a reflection on the phenomenon of telework; this due to the rapid and accelerating growth of Information Technology TIC'S which have a high level of social penetration; the same way the national government has established as public policy the Digital Appropriation is nothing more than the creation of strategies to facilitate the public access to such technologies which allows closing social gaps, training through technology and social inclusion which takes into account and vulnerable population with disabilities. For this reason talk now of a globalized world, it allows the manager to be more focused on solutions; operational, economic and social benefits that allow you to view telecommuting as an innovative alternative for your organization; however, it is important to frame your current situation by way of making the best decision against the possibility of execution in enterprises; because although it is true benefits are many, it is also true that this form of work represents risks or negative situations likewise trying to describe the legal implications that may come to have by not complying with the specifications given for proper implementation.
