Abstract

Esta trabajo nace de una exploración sobre el impacto positivo del Plan Colombia como estrategia para la lucha contra el narcotráfico desde sus orígenes hasta la terminación del mismo; tomando como consideración los inconvenientes surgidos durante los 16 años de ejecución del plan, bajo la estrategia de EEUU para combatir el narcotráfico, como respuesta a la grave situación que vivía Colombia a finales de los años 90. This work stems from an exploration of the positive impact of Plan Colombia as a strategy for the fight against drug trafficking from its origins to the end of it; Taking into consideration the inconveniences that arose during the 16 years of execution of the plan, under the US strategy to combat drug trafficking, in response to Colombia's grave situation in the late 1990s.
