Abstract

Colombia and Brazil are members of the most important regional and international cooperation blocs that exists in Latin America, MERCOSUR and the Pacific Alliance, blocks that have served as a channeling tool for right and left political ideologies, reflecting the marked differences and nuances that exist in the broad Political scenario of Latin America. Globalization was the context in which the creation of regional alliances was strengthened and through which established the institutional framework that governed the new world order established after the Cold War. New forms of international cooperation have emerged, such as South-South Cooperation and North-South Cooperation, which have guided and supported the creation of political alliances of cooperation
