Seguridad y reinsertados en el postconflicto

Abstract

This document analyzes the main aspects of security that affect those reinserted in the stage of possible post-conflict and their acceptance in society, for which they evaluate and take as reference, experiences of peace processes and postconflict of other countries, especially Central America that will serve as a possible reference in its positive and negative aspects so that the nation can take them into account in the future context of security in postconflict. The document concludes principally that the State must carry out an adequate process of reintegration based on the Current laws in this area, however, the process must be evaluated and checked periodically, national and international experiences denote that at the time when the reinsertion policies are not met, new forms of delinquency can be generated that immediately affect The security and tranquility of Colombians.
