Abstract

The health service failures description is taken from the statements of the State Council since 2000 to nowadays. This problem is a normal issue in Colombia; the theoretical approach to this situation approach the reader to the basic concepts of the subject and understanding the implicit scope that have the national context. This reality focuses on the inadequate management of medical situations that are happening in the hospitals and its specialized staff (doctors - nurses) and scarce resources that the State has for many users. By understanding the administrative handling of health service failures, we can understand the causes to this problem and thus can find corrective mechanisms to attack it directly, the final aim is to reduce the presentation of these failures.
