La Fiscalía General de Nación implementó a través de la directiva 1 del 4 de octubre del 2012 un nuevo modelo de investigación penal estableciendo así el análisis de contexto, en consecuencia se crea una política de priorización de situaciones y casos, fundamentada en la necesidad de conocer los elementos relacionados con la seguridad ciudadana, conocimiento del contexto del conflicto armado, legitimidad y eficiencia de la justicia y en la exigencia de atender la sociedad civil, en tal sentido, la revisión temática que se realiza en el presente trabajo, tiene como finalidad establecer las implicaciones jurídicas que tiene la investigación en contexto frente al principio de controversia, contradicción o de bilateralidad.
