Sin duda la migración ha sido un aspecto que ha estado presente en el comportamiento y conducta del ser humano, en la actualidad este fenómeno toma preeminencia a razón de las opciones facilitadoras que otorga la globalización en cuanto traspasar fronteras se refiere. Cabe mencionar que junto a la migración el desempeño social, económico, político y socio-cultural toman forma ya que surgen nuevas interacciones entre individuos, estos acontecimientos que toma fuerza en el siglo XIX para los Estados –Nación ha planteado nuevas necesidades entre ellas salvaguardar sus características, rasgos y reconocimiento cultural y claro fortalece las relaciones entre los Estados.
