Cultura organizacional innovadora

Abstract

The world today live in constant change and organizations are not alien to this, we see as the market today is complex and uncertain to such an extent that it is not a horizon defined, is increasingly globalized and demanding, so that organizations are looking for mechanisms to be more competitive. Harrows and mirror (2008) affirmed that the organizational culture is fundamental since in many organizations is a differentiator, which helps to improve the competitiveness of the same, even consider that it can become an essential component for achieving the strategies of the companies. According to this assertion, we can also say that an organization is at the forefront if you create an organizational culture based on the commitment of the parties involved, understood as investors and the human resource, and including within their main innovation strategy. In this regard, the purpose of this essay is to show that the innovative organizational culture is a necessary condition to adapt to the new market trends.
