Abstract

La discusión está abierta a nivel internacional sobre Uber, un modelo de negocio enfocado a la innovación tecnológica en donde la aplicación permite intermediar servicio público de transporte de pasajeros en las ciudades más importantes del mundo, la aplicación está catalogada como pionera de la economía colaborativa en la opción crowdsourcing offline. Uber desde su innovación no ha encajado del todo muy bien con su aplicación en varios países como Francia, España, Brasil y en Colombia no ha sido la excepción, específicamente del sector de Transporte Especial de Pasajeros en la cuidad de Bogotá, ya que este avance tecnológico es legal ante el Min Tic. The discussion is open internationally on Uber, a business model focused on technological innovation where the application allows intermediating public service passenger transport in major cities around the world, the application is listed as a pioneer of collaborative Economy the crowdsourcing offline option. Uber from its innovation has not conceded quite well with its application in several countries such as France, Spain, Brazil and Colombia has been no exception, specifically in the sector of Special passenger transport in the City of Bogota, since this advance technology is legal before the Min Tic.
