Abstract

En búsqueda de suplir las necesidades que ha tenido la humanidad en su proceso generacional, se fijan los Objetivos del Milenio (ODM) en el año 2000, su desarrollo se pretende lograr para el año 2015 con la unión del estado, educación y empresa. Uno de los ODM, como es la reducción de la pobreza extrema, articula esfuerzos para permitir que los pobres puedan acceder a los servicios bancarios (créditos y ahorros). El sector financiero en Colombia, como país sacudido por la pobreza, acoge esta estrategia para poder ampliar la cobertura bancaria, uno de los entes que participa del programa de la Banca de oportunidades, es la DAN SOCIAL, representada por el sector solidario y las cooperativas. La cooperativa COOFISAM, líder del sector solidario del Departamento de Huila, incursiona con la estrategia de bancarización; sin embargo, la ampliación de la cobertura, cambios en tareas y oficios, nuevos roles y dependencias puede estar alterando las relaciones interpersonales y el ambiente organizacional, por eso se quiere conocer cuáles podrían ser esos factores que influyen en el ambiente o clima laboral de COOFISAM, describiendo las características motivacionales de los funcionarios, su compromiso, la influencia y tipos de liderazgo implementados con las llegada de la bancarización. Al culminar, se mencionan algunos retos que se generan en las empresas que han optado por la ampliación de sus servicios para poder aportar al cumplimiento de los ODM, que ahora son llamados objetivos de desarrollo sostenible (ODS), con el replanteamiento hecho por la ONU y que tienen vigencia hasta el año 2030. Seeking to meet the needs that humanity has had in its generational process, the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs) in 2000, its development is to be achieved by 2015 with the union of the state, education and business are fixed. One of the MDGs, such as reducing extreme poverty, articulates efforts to enable the poor to access banking services (credit and savings). The financial sector in Colombia, as a country wracked by poverty, welcomes this strategy to expand banking coverage, one of the entities involved in the program banking opportunities, is the SOCIAL DAN, represented by the solidarity sector and cooperatives. The COOFISAM cooperative solidarity sector leader Department of Huila, ventures with banking strategy; however, the expansion of coverage, changes in tasks and functions, new roles and dependencies can be altering interpersonal relations and organizational environment, so you want to know what those factors influencing the working environment of COOFISAM are describing the motivational characteristics of officials, commitment, influence and leadership types implemented with the arrival of banking. At the end, some challenges are generated in companies that have opted for the expansion of its services in order to contribute to meeting the MDGs, which are now called sustainable development goals (ODS), with a rethinking by the UN mentioned and are valid until 2030.
