Abstract

Las entidades son una parte más de la sociedad, y tienen gran poder sobre la misma, son generadoras de empleo, desempeñan un papel crucial en el desarrollo económico, provocan un impacto en las zonas donde desarrollan su actividad. Este impacto que tiene la empresa sobre su entorno y la sociedad que les rodea, es la que motiva a las empresas a implementar la Responsabilidad Social, cuyo objetivo es integrar en la gestión valores éticos como la calidad de vida laboral, respeto al medio ambiente, igualdad, solidaridad. Se trata de un acto voluntario (por encima de lo que establece la legislación). Las entidades del Estado, como organizaciones son unidades sociales con un objetivo, en las cuales laboran personas que desempeñan diferentes tareas de manera coordinada para contribuir al cumplimiento de la misión de la entidad y cuentan con directivos cuyas funciones son las de planear el trabajo y las tareas, dirigir los procesos y procedimientos y controlar los resultados, además de medir su ejecución en comparación con lo planeado. La importancia del ambiente laboral permite conocer si las prácticas de la empresa tienen una percepción positiva o negativa en los funcionarios y contratistas. Un ambiente laboral negativo repercute directamente en los objetivos de la empresa y es sinónimo de baja productividad, aumento del conflicto interno y de la mala imagen de la empresa. Por consiguiente, se quiere determinar que problemas se están generando dentro de la organización que afectan el clima organizacional, e identificar fortalezas, debilidades que tiene la organización respecto a la responsabilidad social frente al clima organizacional para tomar correctivos.

Entities are another part of society and have great power over it, they generate employment, play a crucial role in economic development, causing an impact in areas where they operate. The impact of the company on its environment and society around them, is what motivates companies to implement Social Responsibility, which aims to integrate management ethical values such as quality of work life, respect for the environment, equality, solidarity. This is a voluntary act (above the provisions of the legislation). State entities such as organizations are social units with a target, in which working people who perform different tasks in a coordinated way to contribute to the fulfillment of the mission of the institution and have managers whose functions are to plan the work and tasks, processes and procedures to direct and control the results, in addition to measuring its performance compared to plan. The importance of the work environment allows to know if the company practices have a positive or negative perception officials and contractors. A negative work environment has a direct impact on the objectives of the company and is synonymous with low productivity, increased internal conflict and the bad image of the company. Therefore, we want to determine what problems are being generated within the organization that affect the organizational climate, and identify strengths, weaknesses that organization regarding social responsibility towards the organizational climate to take corrective measures.
