Abstract

Las políticas corporativas que propenden por la calidad de vida en el trabajo buscan comprometer a las empresas a motivar a sus trabajadores formulando estrategias que ayuden a mejorar la calidad de vida laboral. Normalmente las empresas diseñan sus políticas entorno a su función externa, pero también deben plantear políticas internas de bienestar laboral que se ajusten a las necesidades de su ambiente empresarial. Y el mejor camino para determinarlas es fomentar su ventaja competitiva en la promoción de estrategias que estimulen a los empleados a tener un mejor sentido de pertenecía con la organización. Corporate policies which promote quality of life at work seeking to commit companies to motivate their workers formulating strategies to help improve the quality of working life. Normally companies design their policies around its external function, but they should also raise internal labor welfare policies that fit the needs of your business environment. And the best way to identify them is to enhance the competitive edge in promoting strategies that encourage employees to have a better sense of belonging to the organization.
