Abstract

En la presente investigación se pretenden analizar los elementos del teletrabajo como medio y fuente de efectividad de la empresa y del trabajador, para ello se hace un diseño de la forma en la que se debe realizar un plan de teletrabajo para las diferentes organizaciones evaluando los pros y contras tanto para empleados como para la empresa. También evidencia los tipos de teletrabajo que una empresa puede aplicar, ya que no necesariamente el teletrabajo consta de una jornada continua en casa, sino que puede ser fraccionada, de acuerdo a las necesidades de la empresa o del seguimiento que el supervisor necesite hacerle a algún proyecto con su grupo de colaboradores, así como analiza el impacto que tiene su aplicación en los costos operativos de las empresas. Finalmente, busca evidenciar las necesidades en la digitalización de procesos, la inversión en TICS y la cultura organizacional en la que el trabajador debe estar inmerso para que pueda llevar a cabo su operación remota con satisfacción y un óptimo desempeño, el cual se verá reflejado en el cumplimiento de los objetivos de la empresa, así como la ventaja competitiva que ésta pueda crear con esta nueva estrategia de negocio.

The following research document aims to analyze telework elements as a mean and source of effectiveness of the company and workers and explains how that project should be done to design a telecommuting plan for different organizations evaluating the pros and cons for both employees and the company Also evidences the types of telework that a company can apply, because telework do not necessarily consists of a continuous work from home, it can be fractionated according to the needs of the company or monitoring the supervisor need to make some project with his staff, and analyzes the impact of its implementation in the operating costs of enterprises. Finally, seeks to show the needs in the digitization process, investment in ICT and the organizational culture in which the worker must be involved to carry out its remote operation with satisfaction and optimal performance, which will be reflected in compliance with the objectives of the company and the competitive advantage that it can create with this new business strategy.
