Kidnapping in Colombia in some sectors has been regarded as an irrelevant issue without generating expectations sometimes taken as an aspect of the second order and should not be of much importance, to the point that today can not overlook , as It is part not only of a social drama in the country but affects thousands of citizens who suffer. In this essay of propositional character some political considerations and criminal actions to be able to establish rigorously punish the scourge of kidnapping and extortion.
