Terrorismo en el posconflicto colombiano

Abstract

El objetivo de este trabajo ha sido examinar si el fenómeno terrorista persistirá, se transformará o desaparecerá definitivamente como factor que ha prevalecido por más de cinco décadas y que prácticamente ha acompañado la historia del país. Para su desarrollo de ha recurrido a la consulta de diferentes fuentes como libros, artículos de revista, informes institucionales y otras investigaciones que permitieron realizar un ejercicio de análisis para el reconocimiento de las posibles manifestaciones del terrorismo en el pos-conflicto. Los posibles escenarios de manifestación del terrorismo reconocidos en este trabajo fueron: (i) la conformación de nuevas bandas criminales; (ii) el seguimiento de las FARC de su Plan Estratégico para la toma del poder y (iii) la inestabilidad operante del pos-conflicto por parte del Estado. Como resultado de este trabajo se ha llegado a la conclusión que la firma de la Paz entre el Gobierno y la guerrilla de las FARC no implica necesariamente el final de la confrontación armada. The aim of this study was to examine if the terrorist phenomenon will persist, will transform or will disappear definitely like factor that has prevailed for more than five decades and practically has accompanied the history of the country. In the development of this study it was necessary consult different sources such as books, magazine articles, institutional reports and other research for the exercise of recognition analysis for the possible manifestations of terrorism in the post-conflict. Possible scenarios of terrorism recognized in this work were: (i) the creation of new criminal gangs; (ii) FARC will follow its strategic plan for the seizure the power; and (iii) the post-operative instability from the state. As result of this paper it has concluded the signing of the peace between the government and FARC does not necessarily means the end or armed confrontation in Colombia.
