Abstract

El propósito en éste estudio es reconstruir la trayectoria política y liderazgo de las mujeres presidentes en Latinoamérica en el período de 1995 hasta el año 2015. En primera instancia, se aborda el concepto de liderazgo desde su definición y sus diferentes clases, de la manera en que el concepto se toma de acuerdo al ámbito referenciado. Cómo en el contexto político se define por unas determinadas características que demarcan un carisma exclusivo para dirigir proyectos y persuadir a los demás miembros de un grupo hacia un propósito determinado. Dentro del liderazgo político se describe la manera tan compleja en que la mujer pudo incursionar para escalar y ocupar el lugar que por inherencia se suponía estaba apartado para el género masculino; teniendo en cuenta la manera en que la estructura ideológica de la sociedad les daba otras funciones y espacios. The purpose in this study is to reconstruct the political career and leadership of women presidents in Latin America in the period 1995 to 2015. At first, the concept of leadership is approached from its definition and its different classes, how the concept is taken according to the referenced area. How in the political context defined by certain characteristics that demarcate an exclusive charisma to lead projects and persuade other members of a group to a particular purpose.
