Abstract

Identificar las estrategias que una PYME puede aplicar desde el proceso de mercadeo y ventas, como herramienta efectiva para lograr el posicionamiento, la estabilidad, la participación y sobrevivencia en el mercado colombiano. Como objetivos específicos, el identificar las variables internas y externas que afectan la implementación del plan de mercadeo y ventas, durante el proceso administrativo, productivo y de cara al cliente. De igual forma brindar información a los propietarios de PYMES, de los beneficios de realizar un efectivo plan del mercadeo y ventas acorde a la estructura organizacional de la empresa.

Identify strategies that an SMES can apply from the marketing and sales process as an effective tool to achieve positioning , stability , participation and survival in the Colombian market . Specific objectives , identifying internal and external variables that affect the implementation of the marketing plan and sales during the administrative , productive and customer-facing process. Similarly provide information to small business owners , the benefits of carrying out an effective marketing and sales plan according to the organizational structure of the company.
