Abstract

Con este documento se pretende observar un poco al detalle del por qué los procesos de distribución generan sobre costos y cuáles son los actores que no están dejando que todo fluya con normalidad. Se logran identificar tres focos de trabajo, que al intervenir y evaluar lograrían un perfecto engranaje de los procesos dando como resultado la fidelización de los clientes, incremento en la credibilidad y cumplimiento, indicadores favorables representados en disminución de costos e incremento en la efectividad. This document is intended to look a little detail why distribution processes generate cost and what the actors are not letting everything flow normally are. Is able to identify three focuses of work, to intervene and evaluate gear would achieve a perfect processes resulting in customer loyalty , increased credibility and compliance, favorable indicators represented in lower costs and increased effectiveness.
