Abstract

Due process and the reasonable time are two key elements in the defense of individuals and the protection of Human Rights, under the Administration of Justice. The protection of human rights in the international system, is, today, the guarantee of due process towards achieving equality in the marked difference between the parties involved in the process. On one side are the victims of a violation of human rights in international Estates seeks recognition not found in the domestic proceedings and, on the other hand, a state endowed with sufficient resources for its defense.
