Abstract

This essay seeks to reflect on Human Resource Management, considering people as an intangible asset for organizations that have the capacity to support increased productivity, drive innovation and thus competitiveness. In this sense an explanation and argumentation of the concept of Human Resource Management is presented; also it aims to unify criteria regarding human vs human resource talent, considering that this topic confuses readers and whose arguments are far from the principles of management science; finally, it exposes as input a model that represents Human Resource Management, which ultimately represents the particularity of any public or private organization.
