El objetivo general de este ensayo es describir los puntos de vista (positivos, negativos y neutrales) existentes sobre el valor razonable y su utilidad como método de valoración y medición de hechos económicos, profundizando el concepto de valor razonable a partir de la teoría existente en fuentes bibliográficas y conceptos profesionales para así poder ahondar en los cuestionamientos y opiniones de los autores que han explicado el tema con base en análisis y experiencia profesional.
The overall objective of this paper is to describe the points (positive, negative and neutral) existing view on the fair value and usefulness as a method of evaluation and measurement of economic facts, deepening the concept of fair value from the existing theory bibliographical and professional concepts in order to delve into the questions and opinions of authors have explained the issue based on analysis and expertise sources.
