Abstract

El análisis de dichos antecedentes evidencia la necesidad que la acción de lesividad sea instaurada en el ordenamiento jurídico como una acción contenciosa independiente a las ya consagradas Current regulations on administrative law establishes the possibility of generic way that public authorities to demand their own contentious acts, to remove them or exclude them from the law as contrary to the Constitution and the Law, a gap exists regarding regulation of such a tool, which has been settled by jurisprudence and doctrine, why, any attempt to address the matter must necessarily be made from the collection and analysis of the pronouncements of the high courts and legal scholars. The study demonstrates the need for such records that detrimental action is introduced in the legal system as an independent adjudicatory action already consecrated.
