Abstract

The conversations that are taking place in Havana face serious challenges, due to different political interests, which triggered a series of concerns about the demands that have this guerrilla group to return to civilian life as productive people and leaving any action criminal. That is why this paper aims to outline three key variables as some members of the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia (FARC) are substantiated the idea criminalized and handle all types of criminal action in urban areas of the country due to knowledge and experience with many of the leaders and militants of the banned organization in controlling drug trafficking routes and management of various criminal groups already consolidated in strategic areas of the country.
