¿Rusia influencia en Colombia?

Abstract

The rise of leftist governments ( Neighboring countries) has led Latin Americans to seek allies outside the Western Hemisphere governments. In light of this, the central government is resorting to diplomacy, trade, investment and aid and investment in technology to become an influential power. After various historical facts as evidence however, it should be a starting point based on shared history, shared values and cultural, economic, political and personal ties, likewise at present Russia and Colombia have similar or overlapping exposures the main problems of international politics. In particular, both nations seen as the main goal that humanity must fight into a major key to achieving this is, for what has become an end in itself, making it difficult to identify and discuss interests specific security, in this simple test is proposed to describe the major milestones that trigger data reflected the development of topical relationship
