This essay is an attempt to wonder about the discussion on different scenarios of the university professors and specifically the dignity of the job they do at the undergraduate and graduate institutions. This is a subject that is not frequently addressed by university researchers, perhaps, because it might be disturbing for the deans and the head of these academies. However, the little research on this subject has been focused on highlighting the dignity of university professors, the variety of recognitions that they should receive and that are rarely given to them.
