Este documento, analiza el papel que desempeña el nivel gerencial de las organizaciones empresariales y productivas; las herramientas que se utilizan como guía para la toma de decisiones, que favorezcan los intereses de la organizaciones. Pretende este escrito, describir los pasos en el análisis y procesamiento de la información financiera y a partir de ella, crear las estrategias que permitan a las instituciones, la competitividad, el éxito y el cumplimiento de objetivos y metas, en el corto y largo plazo de acuerdo al mercado en que se encuentren.
This paper analyzes the role of the management level of business and productive organizations; the tools they use to guide decisions that favor the interests of the organizations. This paper aims to describe the steps in the analysis and processing of financial information and from it, create strategies that enable institutions competitiveness, success and achievement of objectives and goals, in the short and long term according the market in which they are.
