Implicaciones éticas y la responsabilidad social

Abstract

The research assesses the influence of ethics in social responsibility and its implications for labor relations, as you want to talk about ethics in the context of Colombian companies has become an issue increasingly necessary to treat and manage, given particularities in organizations in the social context of today, due to increased risk of corporate and institutional failure that have been large companies over the years as a result of any irregular dealings in which there was a lack of ethics in decisions administrative, affecting both the financial resources and the physical and human resources. The decision is directly related to the modus operandi of those who lead and manage organizations, their personal interests, values that govern them, their psychosocial skills, sense of belonging and institutional identity that can offer growth and strengthening the business to which they work.
