Abstract

En un equipo de Alto rendimiento el rendimiento colectivo es mayor que el rendimiento de cada uno de sus integrantes, es por eso que actualmente las organizaciones requieren de equipos de trabajo que trasciendan, requieren de grupos flexibles y altamente comprometidos con los objetivos establecidos por el equipo, también buscan que se adapten rápidamente, que se tomen decisiones y evolucionen, deben ser autosuficientes y que resuelvan problemas de forma eficiente, un aspecto importante de los equipos de altos rendimientos es que cuentan con independencia, autosuficiencia, y toma de decisiones, es algo con lo que anteriormente no se contaba ya que se centralizaba y esta labor la realizaban los altos mandos; además se debe contar con autoridad suficiente para poder responder por todo un proceso de trabajo, que brinda un producto o servicio a un cliente interno o externo, es necesario planear, ejecutar y dirigir el trabajo de inicio a fin, sin la existencia de una jefatura específica además se permite tomar decisiones a los niveles más bajos de la organización con el fin que los integrantes decidan sobre su propio trabajo, es importante mencionar que el quipo debe estar compuesto por personal preparado y que cumpla con un perfil proactivo y de alta eficiencia, responsables y controlar su propio desempeño, designando funciones y solucionando conflictos y mejorando procesos; normalmente los equipos de alto rendimiento se da en organizaciones de alto rendimiento, donde las organizaciones han conseguido formar a sus integrantes con profesionalismo y respeto por sus metas empresariales y objetivos estratégicos, con un alto nivel de compromiso. On a High Performance collective performance is greater than the performance of each of its members, is why organizations today require that transcend teams , groups require flexible and highly committed to the goals set by the team will also seek to adapt quickly , decisions are made and evolve , must be self-sufficient and to resolve problems efficiently, an important aspect of equipment for high returns is that they have independence, self-sufficiency, and decision making , is something with that previously was not available because it was centralized and this work was carried out by senior officers ; you must also have sufficient authority to respond through a process of work that provides a product or service to an internal or external customer , you need to plan , implement and direct the work from start to finish , without the existence of a chiefdom also allowed to take specific decisions to lower levels of the organization so that members decide their own work , it is important to mention that the TEAM should be composed of qualified personnel and comply with a proactive and high efficiency profile responsible and monitor their own performance , designating functions and solving conflicts and improving processes ; normally high performance teams is given in high performance organizations , where organizations have managed to train their members with professionalism and respect for your business goals and strategic objectives, with a high level of commitment.
