Abstract

La organización internacional de normalización (ISO), ha publicado alrededor de 19.200 normas técnicas, entre ellas se encuentra la norma ISO 9001 en su última versión 2008, que mantiene un sistema en gestión de calidad, otorgando a las empresas calificarse con un nivel óptimo de calidad y de esta manera sea competitiva internacionalmente. En Colombia, se ha presentado una apertura económica en los últimos años, las empresas tuvieron la necesidad de demostrar que eran competitivas en el mercado internacional y por ello en el 2010 el número de certificaciones aumento y recíprocamente el número de exportaciones y el PIB colombiano. The International Organization for Standardization (ISO), has published around 19,200 technical standards, among them is the ISO 9001 in its latest 2008 version, which maintains a system for quality management, giving companies qualify with an optimal level of quality and in this way to be competitive internationally. In Colombia, there has been an economic opening in recent years, the companies had the need to demonstrate that the number of certifications increase were competitive in the international market and that is why in 2010 and the number of exports and the Colombian GDP Pregrado
