Caso recaudo debito interbancario

Abstract

A continuación se presenta el documento realizado para el análisis del caso aplicado para definir la construcción del modelo operativo de implementación de recaudo interbancario para el Banco Davivienda, tomando como modelo el ciclo PHVA y la adaptación al mapa de procesos de la entidad, asimismo identificando los aspectos más relevantes del proyecto. Para este análisis se enfocaron básicamente tres teorías de referenciación; La Gestión por Procesos, La Competitividad y La Innovación, con el fin de demostrar la necesidad de la implementación de este modelo de recaudo y los beneficios para el banco, sus clientes, los usuarios y la comunidad en general. Se orientó el caso bajo la metodología inductiva para enfocar las teorías generales, mencionadas anteriormente y aplicar éstas particularmente al proceso de recaudo a través de débito interbancario y su implementación.

Then performed to document analysis presented case applied to define the construction of the operating model Interbank collection implementation for Banco Davivienda, taking PDCA modeling and adaptation process map of the organization, also identifying the most relevant aspects of the project. This analysis focused primarily referencing three theories; the Process Management, Competitiveness and Innovation, in order to demonstrate the need for the implementation of this model for collection and benefits for the bank, its customers, users and the community in general. The case was oriented under the inductive methodology to focus theories General, you mentioned above and apply them to particular collection process through interbank debit and implementation.
