Resultados clínicos y quirúrgicos en pacientes con artrosis de rodilla sometidos a reemplazo de rodilla con prótesis híbrida en Hospital Militar Central

Abstract

El objetivo del presente estudio es describir los resultados clínicos y quirúrgicos en el manejo con la fijación hibrida del reemplazo total de rodilla en el Hospital Militar Central de Bogotá. Se tomará como población a los pacientes con artrosis de la rodilla manejados con fijación no cementada de componente femoral y cementada de componente tibial, en el servicio de ortopedia y traumatología operados en el periodo comprendido entre enero de 2013 y Diciembre de 2013. Se trata de un estudio serie de casos retrospectivo en donde todos los pacientes incluidos en el estudio se les realizará recolección de información incluida en la historia clínica como hallazgos relevantes en el examen físico y mediciones de estudios radiográficos postoperatorios y a su vez se realizara valoración en la escala funcional. Se construirá una base de datos en Excel registrando los datos de las historias clínicas para ser importadas al software estadístico SPSS para su procesamiento y posterior análisis según la naturaleza de las variables basado en métodos gráficos, en medidas de tendencia central y de dispersión.

The aim of this study was to describe the clinical and surgical handling with the hybrid fixation total knee replacement in the Central Military Hospital in Bogotá. Population is taken as the patients with osteoarthritis of the knee handled with cementless fixation of cemented femoral component and the tibial component, in the service orthopedic and trauma surgery in the period January 2013 and December 2013. It is a retrospective case series where all Patients included in the study were performed data collection included in the relevant medical history and physical examination findings and measurements of postoperative radiographic studies and in turn conduct assessment on the functional scale. A database will be built on Excel recording the data medical records to be imported into SPSS statistical software for subsequent processing and analysis according to the nature of the variables based on graphical methods, measures of central tendency and dispersion.
