Podemos encontrar en el desarrollo de nuestra investigación está orientado a buscar el desarrollo sostenido de su sociedad generando una adecuada calidad de vida y debido a la importancia del pago del Impuesto Predial es imprescindible desarrollar herramientas que mejoren el sistema de recaudación creando una conciencia social.
