This paper seeks to highlight what has been the structural and surface behavior that have pathways built with asphalt mixtures modified with recycled rubber grain rim ( GCR ) in some sections of track located in the towns of Bosa, Gauteng and Fontibon city of Bogotá The starting point is the information provided by the Urban Development Institute (IDU ) , the body responsible for hiring and supervising the work of this new technology paving modified asphalts. The document has been divided into two chapters, the first one including the general problem statement, justification , objectives and background on the subject of the application of mixtures with rubber modified asphalts are listed, as well as the legal framework prevailing in our city for the design and construction of this type of flooring , etc. existing regulations . Furthermore a framework where the evaluation methods used for surface and structural development of this research and a demographic framework that guides the context and location where work was performed by contractors IDU exposed . Finally it has raised a second chapter of results where the plasma obtained from visual inspections, measurements and evaluations conducted and analyzes made on the results of laboratory tests performed , and the conclusions and recommendations given , after the experience.
