Abstract

En la industria colombiana el reciclaje de llantas es un mercado por desarrollar, la producción de grano de caucho reciclado tomando como materia prima las llantas usadas o no conformes, es la fuente para la creación de nuevos productos orientados hacia la infraestructura nacional en la producción de asfaltos modificados para vías y carreteras o de pisos especiales para canchas deportivas, zonas de juegos o industriales. Desde una óptica ambiental, las llantas usadas son fuente de múltiples problemas, su uso incontrolado como combustible de hornos artesanales o difícil disposición en rellenos sanitarios genera retos para la industria del automóvil, pero principalmente para una sociedad que cada día debe optar por un desarrollo sostenible, con respeto de nuestras fuentes naturales. In the Colombian industry, tire recycle is a market for develop, producing recycled rubber from nonconforming tires or used tires, is the source for the creation of new products focused to the national infrastructure in producing of asphalts modified for roads and highways or special flooring for sports courts, playgrounds or industrial. From an environmental perspective, used tires are a source of many problems, its uncontrolled use as fuel for furnaces or difficult disposition in landfills creates challenges for the automotive industry, but mainly for a society that every day should opt for sustainable development with respect for our natural resources.
