Este ensayo profundiza sobre los ingresos corrientes del municipio de Tunja y el impacto frente a temas de descentralización y normatividad legal existente. Se identifica las principales reformas tributarias, se analizan brevemente los rubros de los ingresos corrientes (tributarios, no tributarios y transferencias), y el impacto frente algunas variables como fiscalización, sectores económicos, las disparidades regionales y las teorías aun implementadas en algunos casos en su totalidad.

This paper elaborates on the current income of the municipality of Tunja and impact regarding issues of decentralization and existing legal norms. Major tax reforms are identified, briefly discusses the areas of current revenues (tax, non-tax and transfers), and impact against variables such as audit, economic sectors, regional disparities and theories implemented even in some cases their entirety.
