El propósito del trabajo, es considerar las motivaciones o razones que conllevan a los colombianos de diferentes niveles socioeconómicos a desligarse de los principios y valores corporativos para el beneficio propio o de terceros. El fraude es una de las razones y factores que más obstaculiza el crecimiento empresarial del país. Los esfuerzos realizados por el gobierno nacional y los diferentes sectores de la economía, siguen siendo insuficientes de acuerdo a las últimas investigaciones asociadas al respecto. The purpose of this paper is to consider the motives or reasons that lead to different socioeconomic Colombians to break away from the corporate principles and values for personal gain or third levels. Fraud is one of the reasons and factors that hinder business growth. The efforts made by the national government and the various sectors of the economy remains inadequate according to the latest research associates about it.
