Influencia del departamento de compras en la cadena de abastecimiento

Abstract

El departamento de compras es considerado por muchos Gerentes como el primer eslabón de la cadena de abastecimiento por esta razón se realiza el presente caso de estudio a fin de establecer que importancia y posibles implicaciones generan las fallas en las compras, fallas como retrasos en las entregas, mala calidad, cantidades erradas entre otras, se presenta una breve reseña de la historia logística seguida de los temas mas relevantes dentro de un departamento de compras recopilando opiniones y resultados de diferentes investigadores, como resultado se obtiene el impacto del área de compras dentro de la cadena de suministro, un análisis que invita a realizar una buena gestión de compras y las implicaciones que puede conllevar no hacerlo, se citan las fallas mas frecuentes que puede presentar un departamento de compras así como sugerencias para evitar que estas fallas afecten el desempeño de una organización a causa del departamento de compras permitiendo así que los demás eslabones se concentren en la entrega de los resultados esperados respectivamente para poder enmarcar toda la operación en un contexto de Logística Integral.

The purchasing department is considered by many Managers as the first link in the supply chain for this reason this case study is done to establish that significance and possible implications generated failures shopping, failures and delays in deliveries , bad quality, wrong quantities among others, a brief history of logistics followed by the most important issues within a purchasing department collecting opinions and results of different investigators, as a result the impact of the shopping area is obtained is presented in supply chain , an analysis that invites to the good management of purchases and the implications that may involve not, the most common faults that may have a purchasing department as well as tips to prevent these failures affect performance cited an organization because of the purchasing department and other links allowing focus on the delivery of the expected results respectively to frame the entire operation in a context of integrated logistics.
