Abstract

La finalidad del artículo es conocer la importancia de la Calidad del servicio en la industria Cosmética en Colombia, se basa en la investigación de autores que han desarrollado estudios para conocer cuáles son los factores de éxito de unas compañías, lo que se encontró en el estudio son las variables que deben contemplar las compañías para lograr el éxito total en el mundo de hoy. Se indago sobre los factores de éxito y las variables que afectan la Calidad del Servicio, con esta información se procedió a realizar encuestas a Directoras de la Industria cuya referencia es que tienen a su cargo 35 Consultoras activas y las ventas de su grupo superan los $14.500.000 mensuales. Se identifica este tipo de personas ya que son aquellas que tienen mayor número de consultoras a su cargo y conocen las necesidades, expectativa y gustos de su grupo de trabajo. La literatura nos demuestra como factores críticos la Calidad del producto, Calidad del servicio, Exactitud de entregas, tiempo de entrega y precio, en cuanto a factores que afectan la Calidad del Servicio se encontró que son Amabilidad, conocimiento de los productos, tiempos para solución y claridad de información. Las encuestas realizadas nos dan los siguientes resultados: Calidad del servicio presenta un 20,3% de importancia ocupando el segundo lugar después de la Calidad del producto con un 21,6%. Ahora con relación a los factores que afectan la Calidad del servicio El trato que brinda el personal de servicio al cliente es lo más importante con el 21,9%, seguido del conocimiento del proceso con un 20,3%. The purpose of the paper is to know the importance of quality service in the cosmetics industry in Colombia , is based on the research of authors who have conducted studies to find out what the success factors are a few companies , which were found in the study are the variables that companies must address to achieve complete success in the world today. He inquired about the success factors and variables that affect the Quality of Service with this information I proceeded to conduct surveys Managers Industry whose reference is that they charge 35 active Consultants and sales of your group exceed $ 14,500 000 monthly . Such people are identified as those with the highest number of consultants in charge and know the needs , expectations and tastes of your workgroup . The literature demonstrates the critical factors as product quality , service quality , delivery accuracy , delivery time and price, in terms of factors that affect the Quality of Service are found to Friendliness , knowledge of products , solution times for and clarity of information . Surveys give us the following results : Service quality has a significant 20.3% in second place after the product quality with 21.6% . Now regarding the factors affecting the quality of the service provided by the treatment staff customer service is paramount with 21.9 %, followed by knowledge of the process with 20.3%.
