El presente trabajo permite hacer una aplicación amplia de los conocimientos y competencias cognitivas e instrumentales recibidas durante el desarrollo del Diplomado en Alta Gerencia de la Universidad Militar Nueva Granada. Esto permitirá la ejecuciòn de una auditoría administrativa a la Institución educativa Escuela Tecnológica Instituto Técnico Central la cual permitirá establecer mediante el ejercicio de una DOFA (Anexo No 1) cuáles son los aciertos y desaciertos en el campo administrativo que allí se presentan.
