Toma de decisiones en empresas constructoras

Abstract

Se realiza un análisis del funcionamiento y desarrollo actual de una empresa constructora, se efectúa en un periodo de dos meses un seguimiento de sus procesos y procedimientos, acompañados de una encuesta y entrevista individual que se realizó a gran parte de los empleados de todos los niveles jerárquicos existentes en la empresa investigada; los resultados obtenidos evidencian que factores entorpecen el óptimo desarrollo y la acertada y oportuna toma de decisiones de la empresa investigada, además que aflora las dificultades que a su interior se presentan por falta de un manual de procesos y procedimientos; como resultado de los hallazgos se hace una serie de recomendaciones que ayudará a mejorar considerablemente la toma de decisiones en la empresa investigada y en empresas constructoras. An analysis of the operation and ongoing development of a construction company is done, monitor their processes and procedures is carried out in a two-month period, together with a survey and individual interviews held much of employees at all levels hierarchical investigated in the enterprise; the results show that factors hinder optimal development and successful and timely decision-making of the company investigated, besides the difficulties that arises inside a present for lack of manual processes and procedures; as a result of the findings a number of recommendations that will help to considerably improve decision-making in the investigated company and construction companies is done.
