Abstract

La Política Distrital de Seguridad Alimentaria surge de la necesidad de abastecimiento de alimentos de calidad que satisfagan las necesidades de nutrición de la población habitante y flotante del Distrito Capital alcanzando un máximo de cobertura en cantidad y calidad, buscando la equidad en la accesibilidad de productos provenientes de los anillos conformantes de Bogotá como ciudad región, consolidando las ya existentes cadenas productivas y buscando la erradicación total de la segregación social creada por los niveles de malnutrición y desnutrición reflejados en las condiciones salubres de múltiples sectores de la población capitalina. The District Food Security Policy arises from the need to supply quality food to meet the nutritional needs of residents and floating population of the Capital District coverage peaking in quantity and quality, seeking equity in the availability of products from conforming rings as a city of Bogota region, consolidating existing chains and looking for the total eradication of social segregation created by the levels of malnutrition and malnutrition reflected in salubrious conditions of multiple sectors of the capital's population.
