El presente trabajó abarca reflexiones acerca del problema del hacinamiento carcelario en nuestro país, adoptando como base del mismo, dos de las posturas mas relevantes para la solución del problema como lo son la infraestructura carcelaria y la legislación que hace referencia tanto a las medidas de aseguramiento como al cumplimiento de una pena en virtud de una sentencia condenatoria. The present work includes reflections on the problem of prison overcrowding in our country, taking as a basis of the same, two of the positions most relevant to the solution of the problem as are the prison infrastructure and the legislation that refers both to the measures of assurance as to the enforcement of a penalty in virtue of a conviction.
