Abstract

El propósito que motiva llevar a cabo esta propuesta, es la realidad que hoy se vive en el manejo de materiales de la organización Comercializar Energía S.A, donde cada uno de los integrantes debe hacer parte activa en los procesos definidos por la alta gerencia, brindando y aportando a los planes estratégicos, a su vez respondiendo a desarrollar y mejorar dichos procesos de trabajo, generando efectividad y mayor eficacia en la organización haciéndola más competitivas en esta época moderna. Actualmente el entorno se modifica y cambia de manera constante, lo que hace necesario que las empresas adopten estrategias de innovación a través del mejoramiento continuo, generando valor a sus clientes, colaboradores y accionistas.
