Liderazgo estratégico

Abstract

En este escenario cada vez as inestable y competitivo, el liderazgo estratégico se posiciona como un factor esencial y determinante para el éxito en la organización. En concreto, se requiere de esta habilidad estratégica para enfrentar los cambios o tomar ventaja de ellos. Algunas características y conceptos del liderazgo estratégico serán mencionadas, así como su aplicación para la Alta Gerencia. Este, se basa en la habilidad de enlazar la visión estratégica de la organización y la habilidad para motivar a los miembros de la organización y que hagan parte de ella. Se puede afirmar que el liderazgo estratégico se convierte en un elemento estratégico y el proceso más competitivo de la organización. También, se propone un modelo con el fin de formar personas capaces de configurar la visión estratégica, con nuevos modelos de aprendizaje, de ver y pensar en las organizaciones dinámicas, que permitan reforzar los rasgos de liderazgo y convertirse en modelos a imitar. In this evolving scenario unstable and competitive, the Strategic leadership positions itself as a key factor, one of the most important components of success within the organization. That means, that requires this strategic ability to cope with the changes and take advantage of them. Some characteristics and concepts regarding the Strategic Leadership therein will now be mentioned, also their applicability in Senior Management. Strategic leadership is based on the ability to link the strategic vision for the organization and the skill for motivating other partners to take part in that vision. That is, it can be affirmed which leadership becomes a strategic element and the most important competitive process of the company. In addition, I refer a model, with the objective of train people capable of configuring a strategic vision, learning new ways of looking and thinking from a dynamic organization, helps them to strengthen their features of leaders, models to imitate.
